Amazing as it might sound, brace yourself for a mounting swell of foreign investment into the UK. With hotels and holiday resorts heading up the list, the Johnny Foreigner dollars, yen, euro and whatever else is pouring into the UK and snapping up what they deem to be - GREAT BARGAINS!
We asked a number of new investors what was the big attraction, and a unanimous answer of safe and secure were the motivators. The UK it appears has the greatest reputation for dead straight property deals - no questions of illegal builds, no issues with planning permissions, and a stable market.
